REFLECTION

This course has been both interesting and unforgettable for me. Although I’ve always loved art, it wasn’t until I took this course that I realized my previous understanding of art was only superficial. Throughout this module, I continuously challenged myself, experimenting with new styles and approaches, which has been incredibly rewarding. While my creativity and talent might not be as strong as some of the others in the design field, I’ve focused on my own progress and truly enjoyed the process.

The journey hasn’t been without its challenges—I’ve had countless late nights feeling overwhelmed. However, seeing the results of my hard work and dedication fills me with a sense of pride and accomplishment. This experience has taught me so much and provided me with invaluable lessons. While the tasks have been time-consuming and often stressful, the growth I’ve gained makes it all worthwhile.

Most of the assignments required significant time and effort because they were heavily practice-oriented. I spent a lot of time learning and mastering the tools in Adobe Illustrator, even looking up additional tutorials online to understand how to use certain features. Through these tasks, I also learned how to use effective composition to capture the audience’s attention. Although this isn’t my primary field of study, my passion for art drives me to approach every task with great care and dedication. Even if some parts of my work aren’t perfect, I’ve gained so much knowledge along the way.

I’m also deeply grateful for all the feedback Mr. Hafiz provided. I took his advice seriously and used it to improve my work. This is my first semester in Creative Media Design, and the entire experience has been both exciting and challenging. Even after this module ends, I’m confident that I’ll continue using the skills and tools I’ve learned here in my future creative endeavors.
